Yes. Bought in the App Store: tap Restore Purchases on your other iPhone or iPad. For the Mac, create a free Quillpage account in the app (••• ▸ Account) and sign in with it on your Mac. Bought on the website: sign in with the same email on every device.

In the Files app, in the Quillpage folder (On My iPhone, On My iPad, or iCloud Drive), unless you saved them somewhere else. On a Mac, wherever you chose to save them. Shared documents live in your Quillpage account, under the people button on the home screen.

Quillpage is creating the new document where you're browsing. In iCloud Drive this can take a while on a slow connection, or never finish when iCloud Drive is off. Check Settings ▸ your name ▸ iCloud ▸ iCloud Drive is on, or tap Browse ▸ On My iPhone (or iPad) ▸ Quillpage and try again there.

On the Sign In screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We send a 6-digit code; enter it with a new password. Check your junk folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Codes come from hello@quillpage.app. Check junk and promotions folders, then tap Resend Code. Make sure the email address on your account is spelled correctly.

Open any document, then ••• ▸ Account ▸ Delete Account. Your account, shared documents you own and messages are deleted. If you subscribed to Quillpage Cloud in the App Store, also cancel it in Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions.

Tap Restore Purchases on the same screen, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. On a Mac, sign in to your Quillpage account; if you bought on the website, your licence key is in your receipt email.

In the receipt email we sent when you bought, and at quillpage.app/account when you sign in. In the App Store, there's no key to type: Restore Purchases unlocks Quillpage.

Bought in the App Store: Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Bought on the website or in the Mac app: email us within 14 days of being charged for a full refund.

Bought in the App Store: Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions ▸ Quillpage Cloud. Bought on the website or Mac: Quillpage ▸ Account ▸ Manage Subscription. It runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and your documents are never deleted.

Sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to, and confirm that email. Then tap the people button at the top right of the home screen: it's under New. Invitations expire after 30 minutes if they're not opened, so ask the person who shared it to invite you again if yours has expired.

Install Quillpage (it's free for documents shared with you), then tap Open in Quillpage on that page. You can also open the app and find the document under the people button on the home screen.

You may have Can view access: ask the owner to change it to Can edit. If nobody can edit, the owner's Quillpage Cloud has ended: the document stays readable and downloadable, and becomes editable again when they renew.

Open it and tap Collaborate. The owner can remove anyone (the ✕ next to their name), or tap Stop Sharing to remove everyone at once. Anyone else can tap Leave Document.

Tap its title at the top of the screen (on a Mac, click the title).

Allow notifications for Quillpage (Settings ▸ Notifications ▸ Quillpage), check that a Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing it, and make sure you're signed in on that iPhone. Calls ring on devices that don't have the document open.

Allow the microphone and camera for Quillpage in Settings ▸ Quillpage (on a Mac, System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security). Then leave the call and join again.

Calls last up to an hour; you're told 5 minutes before. Start a new call to keep talking.
